Description

Here, players take on the role of farmers collecting and delivering fruits such as almonds, oranges, lemons, and figs to local communities whose needs constantly change.

The gameplay revolves around a unique mancala-like mechanic where players move their farmer tokens clockwise around the blades of a windmill to gather fruits. The number of spaces a farmer moves depends on how many farmers occupy the starting windmill blade. Players collect resources according to the number of farmers on the space they land on, but must be careful not to hoard, since if a fruit supply runs out when one player tries to collect it, all players must return those goods to the supply, and only the active player receives their fruits. This introduces strategic tension and player interaction without direct conflict.

Players earn donkey carts whenever their farmers pass certain lines on the windmill, which are then used to deliver fruits to fulfill requests in various regions of the island. Each region has a stack of request tiles specifying the fruits needed, with only one request face-up at a time. Deliveries can fulfill multiple requests across different regions but are limited to six goods per delivery (unless using advanced rules). Once a region's requests are completed, the "Finca" scoring tile is awarded to the player who delivered the most fruits to that region.
